As each athlete at USCF continues to push themselves harder and make greater gains, it is apparent that heart, passion, and inner drive is pushing new boundaries.  Great quotes from our USCF  members on setting the bar of pushing beyond average! Quotes taken from posts:

Anne from "Next Level Performance" demonstrates the proper technique and lock out position for the Press.  Anne is a Crosfit Level 1/Nutrition Certified coach and will be coaching the Monday Night Crossfit Class.  Anne will be subbing in at USCF.

Crossfit workouts often require you to "turn up the heat" and push beyond the regular temperature of mediocrity.  The above quote reflects how important it is to believe in yourself and your goals! The foundation for achievement starts with belief in yourself and goal setting!  Let’s start this week strong! Turn up your thermostats of strength and belief!

Tell us your thoughts about Thrusters!  Love them or hate them!!! :)
