Dear Coach Divine,

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for putting on the SEAL Fit Challenge Camp.  I may not have been the fastest runner, or been able to do the most pushups, but I did push myself every minute during the training, and I have you and the coaching staff to thank for that.  You taught me that through mental toughness I can accomplish more than I ever thought possible.  I am thankful for you and all of your staffs hard work and dedication to the camp and the future warriors who attempt and finish it.  I am going to push forward with what you taught me and do my best to master my body and reach my full potential. m a Marine Artillery Officer currently working out of Camp Lejeune, NC. Myself and other team leaders in the unit have been following SEALFIT for a while now; a handful of us are CrossFit Level 1 certified. We've used the prescribed workouts on the website for weekend 'motivated' sessions or as inspiration to supplement and assist in programming our WODs. We have our own 'garage gym' set up in one of our motor transportation stables and run several workouts and training sessions for the guys as the workday permits. SEALFIT has been a great resource in assisting our mission to maintain combat readiness through functional fitness.

 

 


I subscribed to the SEALFit coaching program last year and have seen amazing results from the program. As you have repeatedly suggested, I utilized the e-mailed workouts to get myself to a point that I could accomplish the Operator's workouts posted on SEALFit.com. Just to clarify, I am in no way dissatisfied with the e-mail workouts, I am simply going to stick to the Operator's workouts posted on the sealfit website. It's been an amazing journey thus far and I look forward to continuing it. Also, through your workouts, I've been able to assist others in their endeavors to become, as I like to call it, "real world athletes." Some still come to me for assistance in getting "bigger." And I simply reply, "that's not my thing, but if you want your ass kicked, follow me." Again, thanks for the guidance and hard work you all put into everything.
