SEALFIT AND USCROSSIT…

“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.” - - Confucius

Being SEAL FIT is more than just a sculpted physique; it is a way of life, state of mind and a way of orienting oneself in the world. To be SEAL FIT is to embody character traits like honor, courage, discipline, integrity, responsibility and leadership. Our mission at SEAL FIT is to provide you with some extremely effective training and coaching, giving you the tools to succeed and excel as warrior athletes.

SEAL FIT was developed by US CrossFit and SEAL FIT owner Mark Divine for the unique and specialized needs of the industrial athlete.  These athletes rely on their bodies to work at near peak, and their minds to be mentally tough, for their daily jobs.  They include military operators, first responders, intelligence professionals, adventure athletes and the like.  We want everyone to share in this knowledge, which is why we have opened the program up to all who seek to take their bodies and minds to new levels.  READ THE REST HERE

Our programming at USCROSSFIT will be implementing the following structure into many of daily WODS:  Warm-Up; Strength; Strength Stamina: Work Capacity: and Durability (Cool Down).  Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.  Be ready to Be Challenged… Be ready to Achieve your goals?
