Funny ... No Explanation needed!

"At the peak of tremendous and victorious effort, while the blood is pounding in your head, all suddenly comes quiet within you. Everything seems clearer and whiter than ever before, as if great spotlights had been turned on.At that moment, you have the conviction that you contain all the power in the world, that you are capable of everything, that you have wings. There is no more precise moment in life than this, the WHITE MOMENT, and you will work hard for years, just to taste it again."Yuri Vlason

1. Okay, because I like to visit you guys on occasion and lurk on your site, I had to comment... the photo on the right has a completely different connotation(then reality?) if you chose to look at that way, and the caption does not do much to deter your mind from thinking about Chippendale's dancers and the like..... all I can ask is What the Heck is going on over there??!!

16. That was #%@&ing crazy!!! It was like doing 3 crossfit workouts, one after another. The young men in this program are an amazing bunch of athletes. No egos, no whinning, and everyone was very helpful. Good coaching Caleb. I encourage all crossfitters to give the Sealfit class a try.
