Big crowd at 6 am this morning for "hi, my name is GLEN...." josh, i cant believe you gave him shit for that!! lots of new faces- so fun!! and who the hell is BOBBY anyway? he bad-assed barbara this morning! dara, way to keep rockin the pull ups and thanks SQUIRREL (i know ur out ther) for the grip tip!!! btw, i only got 4 rounds in before i had to leave.... hhhhmmmmmm

7. i was letting my hands move/slide back & forth on the bar with my swing(kip), now i am not putting as much of my hand on the bar & keeping it still/in one position so my hands dont move on the bar at all, just my body moves. of course, since i cant do that many in a row i still have a lot of on & off , but it is definitely going to be better. i dont know if i explained that so well, easier to show than describe....
