The breath empowerment exercise is a way to hyper-oxygenate the body. No bacteria or fungus can live in oxygen. When you exercise normally, the demand for freshly oxygenated blood comes from the large muscles of the body. However, with the Breath Empowerment, you are only using the muscles of respiration, and there is no O2 demand by the larger muscles of the body which has the effect of moving blood deeper into the circulatory system and flushing your organs. On the physical level you are cleansing your blood and organs which has the effect of accelerated healing of the body.
