Pricing and Membership

You start with private training sessions to learn the basics of CrossFit and Olympic lifting:

3 sessions:  $150

As soon as you are done with your 3 private sessions, you will join the membership program for unlimited Group classes:

Month to Month:  $195

6 months Paid in Advance:  $1,080 ($180 / mo)

12 months Paid in Advance:  $1,980 ($165 / mo)

We highly recommend Private Training if you have not had a steady workout regimen in the last few years.  Private training is the safest and surest way to build confidence, skills and the strength foundation to be able to handle the fast pace and intensity of the group classes.

1 session:  $125 per  hour

12 sessions:  $1,200 (save $25 per hour)
